Director Nabin Subba’s highly anticipated film “Gaun Aayeko Bato” (A Road to a Village) is set to hit theaters this Friday, June 14th (Jestha 25th).
Ahead of the release, a star-studded premiere was held, leaving a lasting impression on the audience. Politicians, writers, film industry professionals, and journalists were all in attendance.

UML MP Raghuji Panta commended the film for its nuanced portrayal of how progress impacts lives and traditions. Former Minister Sudan Kirati, who hails from the same community depicted in the film, shared a heartfelt response, expressing his deep connection to the story. He encouraged directors like Subba to continue creating authentic Nepali cinema.
